One of the junior members of the balloon family, PERKY is still big on fun! Standing 18 feet tall and measuring 25 feet in length with a tail that is more than 11 feet- This colorful burro is a symbol of floating fun at any parade or party! You would not want to play pin the tail on this donkey- he requires 4 tanks of helium to keep him galloping through the parade. And just to make sure he does not get lost, a team of 10 volunteer balloon handlers are his party-time escorts.
