Another fanciful Smith original character, MISS LIBERTY BELLE stands for freedom and liberty to one and all. She is a magical combination of the Liberty Bell and the Statue Of Liberty and is dressed is patriotic garb that would make Betsy Ross smile! Marching along in her patriotic pumps that measure 11 feet long each- she's light on her heals with the aid of 7 tanks of helium and 14 adult volunteer balloon handlers. In addition to marching in parades, MISS LIBERTY BELLE also makes appearances at auto dealerships, grand openings and patriotic celebrations. She stands 35 feet in height, 13 feet round in the mid-section and holds proudly a torch that is 9 feet in length and wears a crown atop her wooden brace that is 10 feet wide!
