Legend has it that if you catch a Leprechaun, he will bring you good fortune. HAPPY O' LUCKY The LEPRECHAUN is a huge harbinger of Irish happiness and luck and ready to come fly in your next parade or Irish event! He stands 30 feet tall and measures 10 feet round the belly. His pointed hat is 12 feet tall and features a removable shamrock emblem. When it is removed, he looks like an old fashioned Gnome or Elf. Three balloons in one! HAPPY has appeared in many Saint Patrick’s Day Parades including the Chicago Saint Patrick’s Day Parade each year!
He requires 6 tanks of helium and 18 volunteer balloon handlers.
